DEAL DONE WITHIN HOURS OF THE FIRST WORKING DAY OF 2021

Our Derby site opened in February 2020 in the Old Post Office after completing a huge renovation to the Grade II listed building (which was previously a bar) into 20,000 sq. ft of luxury, modern office space. We offer vast amounts of co-working space, hot desking, designated desks, and private offices, where our members enjoy many perks, such as free coffee from the in-house barista.

Tom Breese, Founding Director of Ventula Consulting was on the search for an office in Derby as part of the companies 2021 expansion plans. He contacted us after hearing recommendations and was quickly invited for a socially distanced tour. Thomas was very impressed with the facilities and our ethos and signed the deal for a new office.

Ventula Consulting is a leading Technology recruitment firm based out of London but with Clients across the UK.

We have also welcomed 5 new hot desk members and three 10-day memberships to our Derby site since 4th January, helping those out who are struggling to work from home during the pandemic. Along with a 30-person office contract agreed for our Nottingham site, we are also in the process of agreeing a 40 person and 8-person office in Derby: supporting our plans for expansion in the next few months.
