This achievement hasn’t come overnight. It’s the result of months of dedicated work across every level of our organisation. From reviewing our supply chain to enhancing our internal practices, we’ve taken a deep and honest look at how we operate - not just as a business, but as an active contributor to the communities and environments we’re part of. Becoming a B Corp is one of the most rigorous and respected certifications out there, and earning it reflects our commitment to transparency, accountability, and impact.
We didn’t just want to tick boxes - we wanted to do better. That meant pushing ourselves to raise the bar across five key areas: Workers, Environment, Community, Customers, and Governance. It’s been a challenging and rewarding process that has strengthened our purpose and shaped how we’ll grow in the future.

Workers: Supporting Our People with Purpose
Our people are what make Cubo special - so we’re investing in them in meaningful ways. Every Cubo employee now receives two paid volunteer days per year, giving them time to support causes close to their hearts. From mentoring young people to championing local charities, we’re enabling purpose beyond the office.
We’ve also introduced monthly training sessions to support continuous development, empowering everyone in our team to grow both professionally and personally.
Environment: Reducing Our Footprint, Site by Site
We’re embedding sustainability into the DNA of every Cubo workspace. That starts with switching to 100% renewable energy wherever possible and designing our spaces with eco-conscious features - from energy-efficient lighting to state-of-the-art water filtration systems.
We’re proud to have achieved Green Small Business Certification, a recognition of our external commitment to reducing carbon output and improving environmental performance as we expand.
Community: Putting Local First
Cubo thrives because of the communities we’re part of - and we’re working to give back at every opportunity. We’ve re-evaluated and adapted our supply chain to work with socially and environmentally responsible local partners, from artisan coffee suppliers to sustainable cleaning services.
We’re also continuing our partnership with TreeApp, planting trees on behalf of our community and contributing to a greener, more hopeful future — one workspace at a time.
