The company has doubled its office footprint from 6 desks to 12 as it diversifies into new markets, including Fire Safety and Indoor Air Quality.
This growth reflects the company’s ongoing investment in both people and infrastructure, and the continued momentum and success of its flagship product, Flow Mobile Surveying, an app that allows surveyors to create compliance reports in less time.
Having originally moved into Cubo in March last year, the decision to scale up within the same location was a no-brainer. With its premium facilities, relaxed atmosphere, and unbeatable views, Cubo continues to be the perfect environment for Flow’s growing team.
“Our original space served us really well, but we quickly outgrew it,” said Co-Founder Paul King.
“We’ve recently welcomed Evelin to the team in a new Technical Support role, and with more hires on the horizon, we needed the extra room to breathe. We really love the atmosphere at Cubo and the staff are lovely.”
The expanded space allows Flow to accommodate its growing support and development teams while maintaining the collaborative, open-plan feel that’s central to its culture. It also enhances the company’s ability to deliver online product demos, with more room and better facilities to showcase how Flow Mobile Surveying can streamline compliance reporting for clients across the UK and beyond.
The team still uses the bike storage and shower facilities daily, and ‘The Stair Challenge’ a team-wide effort to conquer all 12 flights on foot—remains very much alive (though David’s 1:28 record still stands).
