BECOMING A MEMBER OF CUBO
The journey to becoming a Cubo member is so simple! As we have just celebrated our first birthday here at Cubo Derby we thought we would give you a rundown of the process.
We have a range of membership options available and are more than happy to accommodate your needs whether big or small. We have Hot Desks which can be booked out for a day pass, or on a monthly rolling contract, as well as our Designated Desks which is where a single person has their own desk in a private office with other designated desk members. Should you want a little more privacy, we have private offices from two-person up to a whole floor, or even multiple floors, so there is no limit on size. Our ethos is to make it a fun, creative, and enjoyable working environment.
Here at Cubo everything is included! There are NO hidden costs! Facilities include business rates, secure super-fast internet, printing, photocopying, scanning, office supplies, meeting room use, all utility bills, cleaning, office furniture and tea and coffee from our inhouse barista. Our kitchens on each floor also come fully equipped with water stations and FRANKE coffee machines, microwaves, dishwashers, fridges etc. We have a front reception services who handle mail and packages and staff onsite with 24/7 building access.
Once we receive your enquiry, we contact you and have a chat. We get to know you, what you do, what you are looking for and we tell you about Cubo and what we provide. Once we have had the initial getting to know each other and you have looked over the prices, we invite you in for a tour.
During the tour, we will show you the full building, it really packs a punch, and the offices speak for themselves. We will show you all the floors, so you get an idea of the spaces we have available and you will be introduced to our Cubo managers and baristas! We will be able to answer all your questions and make sure you know what is included within each membership option.
Initial sign up is simple – you will receive a form which you sign online, and that’s it!
On your first day you will receive a fob to allow access and a Welcome Booklet, along with the relevant forms to complete.
