Weightmans has expanded its Midlands presence with the launch of a new office at Cubo, Standard Court, Nottingham.
The move strengthens the firm’s regional footprint and supports its ongoing growth across priority sectors, including health and public bodies, owner managed businesses, and private clients.
The office will serve as a hub alongside Weightmans’ existing locations in Birmingham and Leicester.
It coincides with the arrival of two Nottingham-based partners, Freya Summers and Mallory Coxe, both former Wright Hassall partners and recognised corporate law specialists.
Equity partner Jane Price will lead the Nottingham office as regional office head, working closely with Summers and Coxe to establish and grow the office.
Sarah Walton, managing partner at Weightmans said: “The opening of our Nottingham office marks a strategic investment that reinforces Weightmans’ long-term commitment to the Midlands. This expansion not only strengthens our geographical reach but also allows us to harness the energy and expertise of the region’s dynamic talent pool.”
Jane Price said: “I am thrilled to take on the role of regional office head for our new Nottingham office. It’s an honour to personally welcome Mallory and Freya to the firm. Together, we’re committed to delivering the highest standard of client service and playing a pivotal role in Weightmans’ continued growth across the Midlands.”
